But now that we have you eating a healthy, plant-based diet, you probably have no need to stick to a strict exercise and healthy living program. Instead, you can do what we’ve dubbed the “healthy living lifestyle.” By adopting a healthy lifestyle, you’ll live better, feel better, and look better, too. Here’s how it might look:
1. Create healthy habits
To help you reach your ideal weight for your height, eat more of the foods listed in Tables 7 and 8. You’re more likely to lose weight if you eat more of the foods in these tables. What the best part is, you don’t have to weigh 1,000 pounds before you start, as many overweight people in this world tend to do!
2. Go to bed an hour or two earlier

3. Enjoy your food
You should eat more during the day. Just the opposite is recommended. One piece of food could be a meal. Eat as much during the day as you need to, and as much during the night as you need to.
For two weeks, you can work out for an hour each day. You should do some stretching and other forms of exercise. It will help you lose weight.
5. Don’t skip breakfast
A healthy lifestyle does not mean skipping meals. In addition to eating more, you should also eat breakfast. It helps you feel full
